Sakinah Finance atau SakinaFinance merupakan forum sharing antar keluarga professional muda Muslim dalam hal manajemen keluarga (tadbir al manzil), khususnya keuangan dan investasi. Meskipun sudah banyak blog atau website tentang topik ini, namun belum ada yang mengupas keuangan keluarga dari perspektif yang komplit; investasi, tabungan, prioritas belanja, budgeting, perencanaan keuangan, dan tips-tips sederhana yang bisa berdampak besar bagi semakin barokahnya keuangan keluarga.
Menjalani prinsip hidup berkeluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah merupakan idaman semua rumah tangga. Selain pilar iman dan taqwa, satu dari banyak penyangganya adalah terkelolanya keuangan keluarga dan anggaran belanja yang baik dan rapi. Pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang halal-baik merupakan kunci. Ini bukan saja akan mendukung lancarnya ketersediaan kebutuhan pokok dan sekunder, tapi juga membuat rumah tangga lebih tenang dan insya Allah berkah.

Luqyan dan Murniati adalah akademisi, peneliti, konsultan dan praktisi keuangan syariah, khususnya di bidang manajemen keuangan syariah, akuntansi syariah dan keuangan mikro syariah. Luqyan menyelesaikan S1 di International Islamic University Malaysia, S2 di Universiti Malaya dan S3 di University of Glasgow, Skotlandia, UK. Sedangkan Murniati mendapatkan gelar S1 dari International Islamic University Malaysia, S2 dari Universitas Indonesia, dan S3 dari University of Glasgow, Skotlandia, UK.
Mereka berdua adalah pasangan suami istri dan menekuni bidang pengelolaan keuangan Islami sejak di awal pernikahan.
Mereka dikarunia satu putri dan dua putra yang bernama Layyina Tamanni, Hayyan Tamanni dan Rayyan Tamanni yang senantiasa dilatih berbisnis Islami pengaturan keuangan sejak dini.
Luqyan mengasah karirnya di Tazkia dan IFC-World Bank Aceh dan Jakarta serta Islamic Relief di Inggris. Saat ini Luqyan menjabat sebagai konsultan di Tazkia Consulting dan DPS Sinar Mas Syariah, Jakarta.
Murniati pernah berkarir di Unibank Jakarta, Ernst & Young Kuala Lumpur, dan University of Essex, Inggris. Saat ini, Murniati menjabat sebagai Wakil Ketua STEI Tazkia di Bogor dan sering ditunjuk sebagai konsultan oleh beberapa lembaga keuangan syariah di tanah air termasuk juga Bank Indonesia.
Luqyan dan Murniati kerap menyajikan risetnya di konferensi internasional baik di kalangan akademisi konvensional maupun syariah dan berhasil mendapatkan beberapa penghargaan karya terbaik. Sudah ada beberapa publikasi ilmiah bertaraf internasional yang diterbitkan dalam bidang akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan syariah serta buku teks dalam bidang yang sama.
Selain itu, Luqyan dan Murniati telah menerbitkan buku popular yang berjudul Sakinah Finance pada tahun 2013 yang langsung diminati di beberapa kalangan, yang kemudian dijadikan modul – modul talkshow dan pelatihan. Buku terbitan Tiga Serangkai ini sederhana namun fenomenal karena berisikan pengalaman keduanya dalam mengatur keuangan keluarganya. Buku kecil ini bukan beroritentasikan bagaimana jadi cepat kaya seperti biasanya buku perencanaan keuangan yang telah banyak beredar tetapi lebih kepada memahami keuangan keluarga dalam konteks maqashid syariah.
Murniati dan Luqyan telah menyelenggaran beberapa talkshow dan pelatihan di beberapa kota di Indonesia, UAE, UK, USA, Kanada, Jepang, Turki, Jerman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Perancis, Malaysia dan baru baru ini di Mesir.
Selain aktif memberikan talkshow di berbagai forum, Murniati juga aktif mengisi kolom Sakinah Finance di beberapa media seperti di Republika, Majalah MySharing, Islampos, Suara Islam, Hidayatullah, Majalah Gontor, detik.com, dan Kompas.

Murniati Mukhlisin (Mu Kim Ni) born in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan on 17 October 1972. Both of her parents, Mu Kap Chin and Kang Pau Chu were known among the best traders in Baturaja and Belinyu, Bangka Belitung.
Murniati earned her degrees in Islamic accounting from International Islamic University of Malaysia (undergraduate), University of Indonesia (postgraduate), and University of Glasgow, United Kingdom
(doctoral). She was awarded with distinguished scholarships to support her studies.
Murniati is married to Dr. Luqyan Tamanni and they have three children; Layyina Humaira Tamanni (17), Hayyan Hani Tamanni (15) and Rayyan Ayman Tamanni (13).
Murniati has working experiences in banking, financial and IT services i.e. Unibank – Jakarta, Ernst & Young – Kuala Lumpur, and ANSI Berhad – Selangor, Malaysia.
Murniati then started her career as a lecturer in Islamic Accounting and Finance in 2002 and she is currently Islamic Accounting certified. She became Affiliate Staff at University of Glasgow after completing her PhD in 2014 and then joined Essex Business School, University of Essex, Colchester, UK from 2015 to 2017. She also sits on Editorial Advisory Board for an Emerald Journal of Islamic Accounting and Business Research. She works on critical perspective of research in the areas of financial reporting, Islamic accounting, Islamic banking and finance, and Islamic financial literacy.
Murniati is currently a Rector, Tazkia University College of Islamic Economics, Bogor, Indonesia. Murniati is also a public speaker and motivator. Together with her husband, Luqyan, Murniati authored an inspirational book called Sakinah Finance that talks about Islamic family finance. They conduct several talk shows and trainings based on Sakinah Finance in several cities in Indonesia, UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Turkey, Germany, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Brunei Darussalam, France, Malaysia, Egypt, Pakistan, and Philippines.
She is also an active writer in Republika, Majalah MySharing, Islampos, Suara Islam, Hidayatullah, Majalah Gontor, detik.com, and Kompas.
